Sitting down as a family (which was large) is a memory that I will always remember. Memories are where it is at. I don’t remember all the toys – which were always fun for a day or two – but the quality time will last forever. Thus, My family went around the table and each sibling had to share what they were thankful for and how we are going to give to others in the coming year. Thus, not exactly the most fun for us kids. Consequently, in hindsight developing our characteristics that we all appreciate today.

Clean up, napping on the couch while watching football, and playing board games – that’s the good stuff. old time traditions but it worked for us.

Now I have a family of my own. We invite family and friends over for a nice meal and games. We sit down and enjoy a glass of delectable Fine Wine that is paired with the food we are eating. Thus, mixing the old with the new. When I was younger, I did not know the difference between wines let alone there was a difference with Fine Wines.

So, hold your loved ones close. Say a prayer of thanks for all that God has given you. Enjoy the time we have together. And pay it forward by giving back to those less fortunate. God Bless!
